Each Piece is 2 to 2 1/2 in tall.  Our molds are made from 100% high quality food grade silicone and are handmade in the USA. They are perfect to use with Isomalt, Chocolate, Fondant, Gum Paste and are oven safe to 350 degrees, so yes you can bake cookie dough in them.
